Corporate Support Administrator

Your new role Your new role will involve overseeing the day-to-day coordination and administration of all courses offered by the organisation. Acting as the first point of contact for all new enrolments and registrations across the education space, you will be responsible for providing information, support and guidance to both current and future students on academic and administrative matters as well as maintaining student records. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders Managing all education enquiries and correspondence via phone, email and the course portal Following up on any payments and administering course-related financials Working with the Education Development Coordinator to review and update student and course material Arranging applications and student enrolment processes Following up on student progress and complaints Generating reports and conducting/analysing surveys Maintaining student records on the database Working to convert enquiries into enrolments and registrations Completing any ad-hoc administrative duties as required What you'll need to succeed Previous reception, administration or student support experience - preferably in a Health setting Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a diversified client base Well-developed computer and IT skills with proficiency using different systems/platforms Effective planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks Previous experience working with a Not-For-Profit, Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Health or Community Care organisation is highly desirable Prior knowledge or experience in using a Learning Management System would also be highly advantageous What you'll get in return This position will give you the opportunity to work alongside a successful organisation and to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team.
