Opportunity to join Federal Government Agency on Non-Ongoing contract Introduction Hays are partnering with a Federal Government agency who deliver a wide range of services across Australia. About the Position We are currently recruiting an APS3 Administration Officer to join an office based in Mackay. Your duties will include: Processing of documentation Managing enquiries Planning and project management of key activities including recruitment, staffing Leading the delivery of a number of projects, ensuring communication flows seamlessly and accurately to the Team Leader Other general administration duties What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, candidates must have: Resilience and positivity with the ability to respond and adapt to changing operational environments, being self-starter and using initiative.

To work independently and remotely from your manager on occasions.
This role is likely to be part time hours, with the ability to work full time hours required when there are project needs.
