Our client is well known within the Financial Services industry, specialising in Retirement & Superannuation Solutions, Corporate Markets, Fund Solutions and Banking & Credit Management. This organisation is growing frequently and require an additional Talent Acquisition Consultant to assist with the Recruitment within their Retirement & Superannuation Solutions team. You will be responsible for, however not limited to the following: End to end recruitment processes Supporting hiring managers to recruit the best talent for their teams Sourcing candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job ads, headhunting, employee & external referrals Managing the candidate experience including expectations throughout the recruitment process; Negotiating offers of employment and ensuring a successful on-boarding experience for all successful candidates Performing recruitment administrative tasks using Oracle based ATS To be successful in this role you mist have: Experience within a Talent Acquisition role, either from agency or internal recruitment Excellent at partnering effectively with hiring managers, other recruiters, and candidates Operations recruitment experience Ideally within financial services A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities Demonstrated ability to remain patient and organised Please apply now using the 'Apply Now' button.
