As Executive Assistant to the newly joined COO, you will be essential to the successful onboarding of this Executive.
With in-depth involvement across multiple business layers, you will be given the opportunity to utilise your wealth of knowledge and provide crucial Executive support. What is unique about you? As an experienced Senior Executive Assistant, you will harness your expert organisational skills with ease and flawlessly coordinate and assess priorities for a very complex schedule. As a strategic thinker and problem solver, you can effectively anticipate the team's needs, troubleshooting conflicts and competing priorities.
You can confidently act as a representative of the COO in both verbal and written communication, professionally handling confidential and sensitive information. You have an amazing attention to detail and are able to think with a practical and calm approach to your responsibilities. Most importantly, you are a proactive, self-starter who can work autonomously and support business initiatives over a changing professional landscape.
A snapshot of your role…. Strategically manage a complex diary and inbox, effectively coordinating all meetings and taking a pragmatic approach to any conflicts. Participate in Leadership Team meetings, coordinate agendas, minute taking, distribution and follow-up of any resulting directives.
Maintain engaging relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, both domestic and internationally, on behalf of the COO in verbal and written communications. Proactively ease the onboarding of the COO, working collaboratively with senior leadership and their executive assistants to create a smooth and efficient process. Assist with implementing new company processes and systems over the next 12 months to enhance the strategic growth plans of the organisation.
