A bit about your role The Senior Manager, Base Management leads and supports Base Management operations within nbn, and with RSPs, to deliver agreed programmes with the Industry. This role drives and executes initiatives that achieve Base Management targets of speed tier Mix, take - up and Net Churn Target for the financial year, in time and on budget.
The initiatives are expected to grow profitable revenue for nbn. As part of its accountability, the role will Lead and support base management design and implementation, including the analysis of the options to remedy speed tier mix, improve take – up and retain users on nbn network Lead and support Net Churn targets for nbn Lead and support speed tier mix to achieve our ARPU targets Create the optimal long-term base management construct that enables the price strategy, and create incentives for Industry that aligns customer, industry and nbn objectives Continually engage with RSPs for insights and inputs into Base Management Planning, to develop business cases for new initiatives and project plans for approved programs, and ensuring RSP execution of Connect the Unconnected programme, and facilitating stakeholder management through Regulatory, Legal, Government, Local and RDE teams Lead and support key base management team priorities, focused on increasing profitable revenue Lead interaction with CDO and SEO and be able to clearly articulate business needs A bit about you To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in Pricing or Commercial operations in large Telecom businesses. You have strong analytical skills to investigate and evaluate industry trends and translate substantial amounts of data into meaningful insights and actions to create a tailored long-term strategy that will benefit the business overall.
Additionally, you have an ability to apply Usage and revenue analytics to design appropriate programmes of work as well as an ability to translate programme requirements into execution briefs to SEO / CDO, and operational experience to codify & record required data - sharing processes and recommending business rules. Furthermore, you have experience in leading complex programmes with large external and internal stakeholder groups, utilising effective milestone management to ensure all Base Management project deliverables are completed on-time, and with high quality of execution. You re ideally a Base Manager, Customer Value Manager or a Commercial and Pricing Manager wanting to take that next step in your career in a role that blends strategy and operations.
