Senior UX DesignerStake
Stake is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our HQ in Sydney. Who are we: Stake is changing the game in share trading. We make it simple and cost-effective to buy and sell US listed shares – opening up the US stock market to those outside the US like never before.
We are growing quickly and have expanded outside of Australia to New Zealand, United Kingdom and Brazil. This role is an opportunity to work towards the Stake mission of providing seamless access to global investment opportunities to everyone. Who are we looking for: A Senior UX Designer to create outstanding cross-platform user-first experiences for Stake’s community.
You will be comfortable with analysis and leveraging data to test hypotheses, make informed decisions and to set a foundation for decision making as part of the UX practice. You will be joining a team of 2 hybrid UI/UX Designer championing the best user experience practices across the business. Day to day responsibilities: Create personas and user journeys; Lead on discovery workshops with appropriate stakeholders to capture key business goals, requirements and vision for the products; Define user flows and concepts; Drive the approach for usability testing, analysing results and extracting design recommendations; Design data informed solutions; Mentor and/or manage (Associate) UX Designers as required.
