The business employs over 2500 people from five operations across Western Australia comprising of nickel underground and open-cut mines, concentrators, a smelter and a refinery. We also have plans to expand our operations with new mines in the northern Goldfields and a large nickel sulphate plant in Kwinana. Due to the investment growth and strategic innovations now being realised, Nickel West has recently formed a new Asset Engineering team.

About the Role We are enthusiastically seeking a Talented Professional to join the Nickel West Team in the role of Manager Engineering. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this is an exciting key leadership role, accountable to provide functional excellence in Governance & Technical Stewardship across Nickel West.
You will shape and drive improvement through a ream of technical experts, and be instrumental in influencing the future business environment. You will work with our stakeholders and contracting partners to safely prioritise, plan and deliver the capital portfolio. You will hold responsibility to optimise departmental operating and capital costs.
About You You will have a passion to build, shape and support our multi-disciplined, diverse team as we strive for high performance, through embracing inclusivity and valuing diversity, technical expertise and leadership. You will have a collaborative approach, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups and positively influence outcomes.
