Senior Recruitment Business Partner â€“ IAGHays Talent Solutions

In a true partner role, where you aren’t required to source candidates, you will play a critical role in the achievement of strategic objectives and vacancy fulfilment within our growing RPO programme.
Working closely with our client, a leading insurance provider in Australia and New Zealand, you will manage either contact centre or IT related portfolio of roles and guide the business through their hiring needs. This is a 12-month contract with a possibility to go permanent. Your new role: Manage all aspects of recruitment service delivery Work with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions Educate key stakeholders on the recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology Engage with our sourcing supplier to ensure full understanding of role requirements Develop profound relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders Work with our compliance team in Auckland to ensure successful onboarding Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of the team Provide analysis and insights through data and analytics in order to consult hiring managers on their temporary workforce What you’ll need to succeed: Solid recruitment background, gained either in an agency or internal recruitment role Consider yourself a strong account manager who works well with hiring managers Exposure to large and complex corporate environment would be advantageous Confidence in building strong relationships at all levels as a true business partner Drive to deliver service excellence Demonstrated ability to achieve desired commercial outcomes Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities Passion for people What you’ll get in return: We work in a rapidly evolving industry; people who join our team are encouraged to participate in continuous improvement, innovation and change management projects.
