Council is seeking to recruit a Planning and Land Dealings Officer to work within the Corporate Financial Services Directorate group, to coordinate and undertake land, planning and property related matters for Council. You will be responsible for planning of land tenure matters for Council including leasing, permits, licences, land management, rental management, planning, technical advice and project management delivery of land development opportunities.
Become a regulatory services team member with a focus on service quality and providing professional advice, continuous improvement, who promotes best practice principles. Leading the facilitation of Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage matters, including stakeholder engagement with Traditional Owners.
