Offering 109 places including single with en suite and seven large two room apartments, all feature contemporary furnishings and finishes. Regis North Fremantle offers a Family Room for when a loved one is in palliative care. Equipped with a sofa bed, tea & coffee making facilities and a pamper trolley, these private rooms offer space and comfort for families.
About the role As a Lifestyle Assistant, you have a vital role to play in delivering the lifestyle programs and ensuring that all residents are able to participate. We are looking for someone that is passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs, has great creativity and strives to ensure our residents have personalised lifestyle activities that suit their interests. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to residents status Liaise with residents and their families Skills & Experience Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable) Certificate IV in Leisure and Health Previous experience in a similar role Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable) Outstanding computer literacy To be eligible to join the team at Regis we require the following: Consistent with State and Territory public health orders and with Regis’ mandatory vaccination policy, all candidates must produce evidence that they have received the current (i.
