Property Administration Officer

We currently have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Property and Facilities Administrator to join our Property Procurement department, providing a high level of service across the business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Property and Procurement, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks in administration, facilities management and Work Health and Safety. As the Property Administration Officer, you will competently perform multiple tasks in line with organisational policies and frameworks. Job Description Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide a high level of customer service to staff, clients, suppliers and visitors to Beyond Bank Australia W o r k c l o s e l y w i t h t h e P r o p er t y, Lease IT Coordinator to c o - or d i n a t e re p a i rs a nd m a i nt e n a n c e wor k s as r e q u i r e d Perform daily accounting tasks including oversight of shared mailboxes, processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and reconciling expenditure Facilitate the administration needs for office based staff for tasks such as repairs to office equipment, staff amenities, cleaning, visitor management, stationery ordering and staff events Co-ordinate all mail and courier related functions Support the management of the corporate mobile phone fleet Co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of information and records management, including the loading of contracts and leases to internal sites Ensure pool vehicle maintenance Take accurate minutes for project and team meetings Desired Skills and Experience You will possess the following skills and experience: An understanding of Work Health and Safety Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high quality work The ability to problem solve and provide solutions to deliver excellent customer service Adapt to changing work requirements and operate in a fast-paced environment Effective administration and time management Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrated initiative and motivation to succeed in a team environment High level attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Here at Beyond Bank Australia we set you up for success by offering a workplace full of opportunities to further develop your career, as well as the flexibility to balance work, life and family.
