We are part of the Organisational Services directorate, which is the primary internal service provider for a diverse range of administrative, business support and financial services to the City. EPMM Lead Officer Provides expert advice to project teams on City of Gold Coast's Enterprise Project Management Methodology (EPMM) and supports the planning and delivery of business improvement and technology projects.

You will take responsibility for: Project reporting and system activities to support the delivery of a diverse range of City ICT projects and initiatives. Lead the management, continuous improvement and support for the Enterprise Project Management Methodology (EPMM). Support the planning and delivery of business improvement and technology projects.

Support for the ongoing management, improvement, development of collateral or training on the methodology. Develop and implement consistent project management processes across multiple directorates. Project governance activities.

Develop templates, tools and processes to support the Enterprise methodology. Conduct phase gate reviews when submitted by project managers. Requirements for the role: A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a project coordinator, project manager or project governance role.

Previous administrator experience working in Project Online or similar project management tools. You have PRINCE2 Foundation certification. PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (preferred).

Managing Successful Programs (MSP) certification (preferred). Strong Microsoft suite skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Technical skills and capabilities in Microsoft (SharePoint, Forms, Power App, etc).

SQL skills are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, including written communications and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to interpret project management methodologies and develop and implement new procedures and guidelines with a strong focus on process improvement.

Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software packages. A proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in a team Abi.
