Baker / Pastry CookParklands Bakery
Position for qualified baker / pastry cook in a family run business working with a small team of bakers. Must be trade qualified as a baker and/or pastry cook with experience producing bread, sourdoughs, pies, sausage rolls, buns, slices, doughnuts and pastries. Glazing buns and decorating cakes.
This is a fulltime permanent position working 38 hours per week. The successful applicant must: Be able to produce a consistent product Understand bakery techniques including hand moulding Be self motivated and show initiative Be able to safely operate bakery equipment and work utensils Work well as part of a small team and independently Have good personal hygiene and adhere to food safety The successful applicant will be contacted for an interview..
