Client Engagement Executive

About the role The Client Engagement Executive is tasked with supporting the wider Engagement team through the brief response and client recommendations process You will be a key point of contact for agencies and clients running their first campaign with Finecast, to ensure a smooth launch and successful client experience Duties Primarily this role will focus on: Support for client education regarding Finecast solutions within the Operating Companies of WPP.

Assist in driving business development and increasing the adoption of the Finecast solutuions. Work with the client services team and operations team to ensure optimal agency and client experience with Finecast. Supporting the creation of go-to-market collateral and client insights for presentations.

Experience The successful candidate will bring 2 years of experience in TV/digital media, preferably with sales or agency experience. They have a good understanding of TV and/or digital media marketplace and technology, and some background in client-facing roles. They will have a proven record of accomplishment in establishing high levels of client satisfaction.

As a Client Engagement Executive, success can be defined by contributing to all four fields. Primarily as a core member of the Engagement team, success will be defined by your contributions to Business Development, Client satisfaction and evangelising Finecast as a global leader in Addressable TV.

In 3 months you would have: Have good understanding of your client patch and agency teams Completed all the trainings for multiple platforms and systems for Finecast Gathered an understanding of the Total TV landscape Mastered use of all Finecast planning tools In 6 months you would have: Developed professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Good understanding of our client’s marketing objectives Provide on-going support with brief responses to clients Assist with client and agency presentations Gather relevant industry insights and convert data into Finecast template In 12 months you would have:.
