We are open to this role being based at any one of our offices - Parramatta, Lithgow, Maitland, Gosford, Bathurst and Wollongong. Regular travel may be required to engage with the team and our partners About the Role We are in search for a Customer Insights Analyst to join our team as an advocate for customer experience who can apply their knowledge and enthusiasm in a challenging industry. You will be passionate about bringing data to life and enjoy getting involved in the detail through coordinating and analysing a range of customer experience data in order to deliver priority customer initiatives and identify key actionable insights.
You will work closely with our Customer Experience (CX) Designers and partner with technology, product, and business teams to ensure the design of solutions is customer and insights led. Now is an exciting time to be joining Revenue NSW as we are well on our way to increasing CX maturity and executing our strategy – Towards 2022. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: -Experience in leading the planning, delivery, analysis and reporting of qualitative and quantitative customer research.
-An ability to analyse a vast range of customer experience data including customer research, complaints, operational and other data sources. -Strong communication skills (including report writing, presentations, and strong influencing/negotiation skills) and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. -An interest and/or prior experience in human centred design and/or design thinking To apply submit a cover letter not exceeding 2 pages and a current resume (of no more than five pages) demonstrating your skills and experience relevant to the capabilities as set out in the role description.
