There are 74 general aged care beds and a 24 secure bed unit and the facility provides 24/7 nursing care for its residents. They are seeking an attentive, skilled Registered Nurse to join their dedicated multidisciplinary team About the role: The successful candidate will be leading a team clinically to provide high nursing care to our patients. Upon commencement you will receive and orientation and be further supported through a comprehensive on-line education system.
About you: The successful applicant will be a motivated, flexible individual who can think on their feet, problem solve and act as a role model for the junior staff. You will be adaptable and resilient with the ability to persevere in challenging situations and be passionate about providing first class patient care to the older generation.
