Opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader Temporary full time for up to 12 months Flexible working with office space in Parramatta Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $99,431 - $110,064 p.a. About the role As the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will manage a team of experienced Talent Acquisition who are responsible for non-bulk recruitment activities across the Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) portfolio.
You will ensure the highest level of service is provided by the team to our clients along with a positive experience for all candidates. Responsibilities of this role will include (but are not limited to): Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition services for the CSNSW portfolio Training and mentoring the team to work efficiently Creating and providing advice on effective sourcing and attraction strategies for the team Learning and applying existing/new technology and procedures across the team Designing and developing fit for purpose assessments for the team Actively participating on interview panels and assessments as and when required Managing individual caseloads Run weekly meetings and catch ups Adhoc administrative duties including weekly reporting About you The successful candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills with strong recruitment experience and knowledge . Your ability to drive change and work under pressure in a fast paced environment will set you apart from the rest.
You will have the knack to work in an ambiguous environment and be a strong communicator.
