Balance a mixture of hands-on scheduling & leadership to a team of hardworking administrators in Brisbane North Join the Team Our friendly Brisbane North Community Aged Care & Disability team is looking for an experienced Scheduler on a Full Time basis - to contribute to the delivery of exceptional client outcomes in our community. This position is based in Stafford will consist of scheduling of clients and staff to ensure the delivery of services occurs on time, and in line with the strategic intents of the business. About You With a passion for Community Aged & Disability care (to support our clients) and the capability to be suited in a fast-paced environment, you will have: Scheduling and rostering experience, using an electronic data management system.
Knowledge of Procura will be a distinct advantage Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment Highly effective customer service skills A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Microsoft based products including Word and Excel as well as accurate alpha-numeric data entry Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups This position is fast-paced and priorities can change throughout the working day.
