We are looking for a dedicated and proactive full time Distribution Coordinator to join the Seafolly & Jets team in Alexandria We are looking for a dedicated and proactive full time Distribution Coordinator to join the Seafolly & Jets team in our support centre located in Alexandria. JETS is a leading authority in swim and resort fashion for over 20 years, Jets Australia has pioneered design led innovation, attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in the swim and resort industry. The role: The Distribution Coordinator will be liaising with Production Team, Sales Team, 3PL warehouse, Forwarders, Couriers, Local Cartage Companies, to ensure the smooth process from receiving stock into warehouse up to dispatch and then track delivery to our delighted customers You will: Arrange timely dispatch of AU Replenishment orders and liaising Customer service team. Day to day logistics/dispatch functions, including stock adjustments, approval of 3PL invoices, etc.

Checking inbound and sending Warehouse audit report Run warehouse reports and share with the sales teams. Order maintenance Communicate with sales team of any unexpected delay of shipments for domestic shipments. Coordinate pick-run management.

Running report and reconcile any stock discrepancies. Identify any outstanding consignment items and coordinate with the relevant export contact for receiving transactions Sending picks and prepare required documents for local shipments. Run Stock reconciliation Report Run Picking and organising of special customers clearance Managing any enquires regarding - Missing / extra stock in the warehouse, Deliveries / tracking (OTIF/DIFOT checks and reporting), Returns collection / Pick ups for approved stock movements, Transfer – stock transfer maintenance – Loss and damage of boxes, stock, etc.

, Receiving issues including orders, invoices and transfers Work together with the retail GM and store managers.
