Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE Our Mental Health services support hundreds of people each year throughout many New South Wales communities. As a Community Support Worker your role is to provide psychosocial rehabilitation for people who are living with a mental illness. By identifying appropriate supports, you will help transition clients toward maintaining independent living and access into their community.
Desired Skills and Experience Criteria: Cert III in relevant industry Qualification and/or significant relevant experience Current First Aid and CPR Current Driver’s Licence NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach. Ability to follow established support work practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients. Ability to follow individual support plans. Momentum Collective is committed to creating social change and inclusive opportunities for everyone.
