We are looking for passionate and experienced people to join us on our mission to help reduce carbon emissions. The Renewable Energy industry is forecast to have the biggest year EVER of new projects being connected to the grid and we are looking for passionate and experienced people to join us on our mission to help reduce carbon emissions. Phillip Riley is a household name in the Renewable Energy sector having established the business in 2010 and with ANZ offices situated in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Wellington.

We also have several offices in North America with plans to open an office in Europe in Q4, 2021. As an example of our commitment to the industry, we have started a $20,000 Renewable Energy Scholarship Fund to support a tertiary student on their Renewable journey, run by Macquarie University. Positions available Principal Consultant (5 years) or Senior Recruitment Consultant (3 years) Working closely with the Practice Leader, end to end role working with existing customers, establishing new relationships and competently delivering mid- to senior-level appointments.

Recruitment Consultant (1-3 years) Working closely with the Practice Leader, whilst still required to deliver 360 recruitment, you will work within a specific market vertical and be closely supported (with roles to work on) by the Practice Leader, whilst you continue to develop your craft. Both roles will require hosting or attending a range of industry and internally organised networking events, referral campaigns and headhunt approaches. About you We are big on the soft skills You will have a positive mindset, willingness to learn, can quickly shake off the hurdles that come in recruitment and want to immerse yourself in the sector you recruit within.

Experience recruiting positions in Power/Energy, Construction, Transmission & Distribution or broader Engineering fields will be highly valued and give you an excellent grounding for success at Phillip Riley.
