Property Services Officer Division: Community Services Position No: Pool Ref COM19221 Salary: Level 3 $71,896 - $77,717pa Super (PSCA 2019) Work Type: Permanent - Full Time, Fixed Term - Full Time Location: North Metropolitan Region Closing Date: 2021-09-16 4:00 PM (YYYY-MM-DD) The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, community initiatives and regional services reform. The North Metropolitan Region has offices in Mirrabooka, Midland, Joondalup and the CBD which together manage approximately 12,000 properties. Candidates must be available to work in any North Metropolitan Regional office to meet relief needs when required.
The Opportunity As a Property Services Officer you will manage, control and monitor the property maintenance functions for a designated number of Public Housing properties within the Housing Management Services area as part of a team, ensuring compliance, accountability and quality control is maintained.
