Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Healthy Weight Service multidisciplinary team. This position is responsible for managing referrals to the service, liaising with GP's, Community Health nurses and families who have been referred. The successful applicant will have a well-developed understanding of the complex issues associated with childhood obesity and its management.
This is an exciting specialist nursing role which will work closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
