NFP, workplace flexibility, highly competitive salary The Opportunity Welfare Recruitment Solutions has been approached by an industry leader in recruiting a Program/Project Officer to assist with innovative projects at the forefront of complex health within aged care. The Role You will play a key role working closely with senior leadership in contributing to the success of a wide range of innovative projects that provide evidence based best practice.
You will be involved in all aspects of project delivery from initial scoping stage through to managing and implementing project plans within agreed deliverables and timeframes. Through your strong critical analysis of evidence-based research you will compile project data, prepare reports, presentations, and publications and support informed decision-making and planning with management. You will be a self-starter, adaptable and flexible in supporting evolving programs, meeting deadlines and producing high quality of materials through your high attention to detail.
The role presents a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in latest projects and research in complex health needs within aged care playing a key role in how these leading programs are delivered on the ground improving care practice and outcomes. The Candidate To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate Prior experience working in a Program/Project Officer role within aged care, healthcare/public health, NFP sectors supporting the implementation of key business projects within the organisation. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) delivering relevant information in a concise and clear manner through documents, presentations and dealing with business leaders and managers.
Natural leadership skills who can build rapport and highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Results driven with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and deadlines. Flexible and adaptable nature with a team-based approach.
