Located within the Stanwell Energy division and reporting to the General Manager Stanwell Energy, the purpose of this role is to lead the team responsible for retail customer acquisition, retention and contract management activities. This includes strategy and product development, customer research and relationship management. About Us We are an energy business with a large portfolio of electricity generation facilities in Queensland.

We are a major provider of electricity to Queensland, the National Electricity Market and large energy users throughout Australia. We sell wholesale electricity and we have an electricity retail business Stanwell Energy, whose customers are large commercial and industrial energy users. Stanwell Energy is a highly successful boutique retailer whose current customers represent a sizable portion of Australia’s most well-known brands and largest electricity users.

Stanwell Energy’s current customers are sophisticated energy users and leaders in the resources, construction, manufacturing, transport and hospitality sectors. About the position Located within the Stanwell Energy division and reporting to the General Manager Stanwell Energy, the purpose of this role is to lead the team responsible for retail customer acquisition, retention and contract management activities.

This includes strategy and product development, customer research and relationship management. Responsibilities of the role include: •Manage and mentor a team of account managers to retain, acquire and manage customer contracts •Work closely with the Wholesale Energy Trading team to develop unique solutions for customers where retail electricity may be only one component (e.g.

voluntary renewable offerings, demand response, on-site generation) •Lead product evolution in response to customer feedback •Contribute to strategy development •Foster a culture of excellence by demonstrating and encouraging a retail offering that is tailored, professional, innovative and ethical.
