What we are looking for. Human Resources and Information Services (HRIS) is seeking a motivated HR practitioner to join our small, high performing team.
We have one (1) full time position available, which will be filled at either Level 3 or Level 4, depending on the skills, knowledge and experience of the preferred candidate. Reporting to the Manager HRIS, this position will provide advice and support on a broad range of HR services. This role will suit someone with strong time management, organisational and interpersonal skills and energy to contribute to contemporary HR services in a fast paced environment.
This opportunity is for a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract, to backfill a period of maternity leave - with the possibility for extension or permanency subject to funding. The Position. Level 3 Human Resource Officer At Level 3, the Human Resource Officer provides a range of transactional and operational HR support services to Executive, Managers and employees.
This includes end to end recruitment and selection, FTE management, inductions, development and training, award and conditions of employment interpretation and liaison with our payroll service provider. Level 4 Senior Human Resource Officer At Level 4, the Senior Human Resource Officer provides a range of strategic HR advice and consultancy service to Executive, Managers and employees. This includes end to end recruitment and selection, research and policy formulation, position classification, FTE management, inductions, development and training, award and conditions of employment interpretation, management reports and liaison with our payroll service provider At this level you will research contemporary HR matters and make recommendations that support contemporary HR practices and advise on capability and talent development.
