As a Client Services & Facilities Manager in our Facilities team your impact will be seen by: Facilities and Accommodation Management Responsible for day to day management of Essential services contracts Assisting with negotiating supplier contracts for local facility maintenance and making recommendations Monitor the local site Emergency and Crisis Management plan in respect to Facilities responsibilities i.e. BCP General Management Lead, manage and deliver Client Services Perform the role of Health & Safety Contact – Site Co-ordinator Assist with the implementation of OH&S initiatives Provide input to the annual budget & business plan for areas of responsibility Team Management Responsible for all aspects of team management including recruitment, appraisals, training, counselling and team planning Provide appropriate levels of coaching, mentoring and counselling for team members to ensure their career and professional development Monitor the progression of team and staff members’ individual objectives, addressing any issues to ensure achievement About you You have 2 to 5 years in Facilities or Property Management experience.

You have an adept Understanding of the Facilities function and strategies, and of the Workplace Health & Safety in relation to the management of the physical tenancy and the Firm’s compliance requirements Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Facilities team transform the way we work and enhance our employee experience. You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
