Be a guest at our place, and join Early Settler in our Online Customer Service team. The Role As an expanding area of the business, we have a number of opportunities within our eComm Customer Service team. This provides flexibility in hours and days, for those seeking a work-life balance.
Our Customers are everything to us, every day they invite us into their home looking for help and advice. Our aim is to delight every customer, by: Providing them with styling solutions and product recommendations. Assisting customers through the online checkout process and processing orders manually.
All calls are warm in nature, we want every customer to hang up with a smile. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader eComm team by providing feedback and working collaboratively on ways to improve and help us become industry leaders. The Team We are currently working from home, which we’ve found works for us.
We are a team of 12, and for many of us the social benefits that a workplace provides are key. We have been able to replicate this environment, catching up daily and still being able to enjoy each other’s company, while providing a really supportive working atmosphere. With our central support office based in Victoria, you will mostly be based from home as well as a local store to you, depending on your location.
What we will expect from you: To communicate effectively with customers digitally using our software platform, Zendesk; To provide our customers with an exceptional experience, building brand loyalty; To contribute to the team’s sales performance by reaching personal sales targets; To work collaboratively as part of a team, use your initiative, problem solve and handle a fast paced environment. To be available weekends, evenings and during our peak trading times during November, December, January and June. To be successful you must have: Ideally worked in a retail sales or customer service role.
Experience in achieving sales targets and KPI’s. A passion to help people and a desire to get results. We are looking for people who are: Great listeners and great communicators.
Reliable, committed, proactive and driven. Approachable and have a great personality that shows in all communication. What we can offer you: Largely an inbound role with some outbound (order updates).
