We're all about building a high-performing team, where we embrace collaboration and new ways of thinking Your Impact We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our expanding HR team based at our Head Office in Alexandria.
You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our internal recruitment process working with all key internal stakeholders on a national level. You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing mentoring and support to provide high quality, end to end recruitment support to our expanding business across all business lines. Above all, you have a passion for people and aim to recruit only the best talent Reporting to the National HR Manager, responsibilities will include updating and maintaining our ATS system, coordinating recruitment campaigns including advertising across various industry related platforms, pre-screening talent, scheduling interviews for Hiring Managers, negotiating offers and taking successful candidates through to the on boarding process.
We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with your colleagues in the HR team, here’s a bit about you: You have demonstrated experience working in recruitment, either internal or external. A passion for people is a must You understand that good people are at the core of any successful business and you are driven to recruit only the best talent You understand the importance of proactive recruitment in ever changing markets and are driven to build and manage talent pools of candidates and keep strong relationships.
You have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring managers. You'll also need a current Police Clearance (or a willingness to obtain).
