With a new image and brand focus coupled with a range of products that sell in any climate, there is no reason you can't take this role on as your own and make the busy SYD region a thriving success Our client is seeking a fashion Area or Regional Manager to take thier most profiltable region to the top of its peak, while supporting their team to be the future leaders in a truly expansive organisation.
With new stores AND new roles opening up within senior leadership, you can reap all the benefits of your team training and mentorship. The successful canddiate will have A strong background in Senior Management overlooking 10 Bricks and Mortar Retail Stores or departments and 40 Staff (sorry, wholesale Area Mangers will not be considered). A strong history in exceeding sales and KPI targets Previously implemented strategies with success in turning non performing stores around The ability to manage staff to deal with large stock volumes and planograms in an effective manner A quick thinking attitude with high motivation & drive About the role Monday to Friday role with a $85-$95K base A company car & fuel card A portfolio of 2 Area Managers & 17 Stores, with a requirement of visiting all stores on a weekly basis Discount on a huge range of premium fashion labels A truly supportive State Manager and senior leadership team Realistic growth opportunities, and the ability to bring your voice and strong ideas to the table This role is NOT one to be missed.
