My client is a technology company who love helping clients use technology to build better businesses. About my client They employ 51 people – 14 in software development, 12 in services - L1, L2, L3, L4 support for client and internal, network engineers and project engineers), 15 in consulting, and 2 in their new Cyber team. They have no sales people; all their work comes from referrals and repeat business, which means that you won’t have arrogant sales people running around overpromising and making you look bad, when you can’t deliver They were very quick and early to jump on the Cloud train 7 years ago and quickly partnered with Microsoft and Amazon.

Most of their competitors still don’t have a Cloud offering. Their clients are varied, State Government, Health sector, Education, Enterprise and SMB. They are at the point where they can pick and choose their clients.

About the role Your focus will be working as part of a team to share the role of primary point of contact to support the needs of our amazing and varied clients. They love people who show technical dexterity, creativity and passion in their work who are also social beings, able to adapt easily to a variety of work environments with different clients and teams. This is a technical hands-on role focusing on resolution of escalated IT service issues within various domains of network, cloud, security, infrastructure, and related technologies and supporting key initiatives. The role is critical in supporting the highest levels of systems and provide technical direction to IT support staff. You will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of client and inhouse IT systems that support core organisational functions.
