About the role Develop new premium ranges for our growing "Work From Home" market Source, negotiate, review, communicate…we are looking for an experienced Buyer with passion and skill for developing a comprehensive and inspiring merchandise range within our growing and successful Furniture portfolio that will excite our customers Driving the merchandise strategy and buying process for Desks, this creative commercial opportunity is integral in sourcing, developing and ranging merchandise reflecting our three pillars of Low Prices, Widest Range and Great Service. In addition to the development and implementation of business plans, product ranges, promotional activity, financial and inventory management targets, this key role will coach, develop and mentor a Buyers Assistant. Your direct sourcing and product lifecycle management experience will enable you to interpret and act on market trends.
Ability to influence and negotiate and present, sees you striking formidable commercial rapport and effectively communicating with all key stakeholders toward achieving positive outcomes. Your innovative and customer centric mindset is well balanced with commercial acumen and analytical capability with a focus on continuous improvement.
