Headed up by one of the industry’s most award winning Directors, we are currently seeking a Client Services Manager that is defined as honest, ethical and proactive to reflect this professional team. The Role: As the new Client Services Manager, we are seeking someone with team spirit.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent support and service while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: Managing all VIP Buyers and Vendors Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors Handling all potential buyer enquiries Liaising with sellers Email, appointment and diary management Buyer call backs following open homes Deliver proposal documentation & meeting new clients Attend to email/phone/face to face enquiry Assist in preparing weekly vendor reports in conjunction with the team coordinator Ensure that all buyer experiences reflect the highest level of customer service' Attending weekly sales meetings & training NO DOORKNOCKING OR PROSPECTING.
