FinTech | B2B | Lead Generation | Product Training Offered | Uncapped Comms | Start Up | Team of 8 building to 20 by Year End | Sydney or Melbourne | You will be working for a fast-growing and dynamic FinTech business that is looking to start a business in Sydney, WFH to begin with, you will be working in either Sydney or Melbourne offices by the end of the year. This company offers commercial finance solutions to SMB/SME business cross-industry nationally, using technology to make lending decisions. The company designs innovative solutions that are easy to use and integrates technology with lending products in the financial services industry.
You may have worked in retail in a sales role or worked in an outbound call centre during and are now looking to kick start your corporate sales career, you may even have experience gained in phone-based fund raising or lead generation. If you have good listening skills, an empathetic and tenacious personality who is confident talking to senior people at all levels then we would like to hear from you The role: Respond to and qualify inbound leads, make outbound calls and generate new sales opportunities for the sales team Achievement of KPI’s and targets related to lead generation and qualification Be the first point of contact for all leads both inbound and outbound before passing to sales team Act as a layer between the marketing and sales teams, being the first contact with prospective clients and engaging in marketing activities and campaigns in order to build relationships Take leads from marketing campaigns and qualify them through discovery and then setting sales appointments, following up until a quote is delivered Use Social Media to build targeted prospecting lists based on market research and complete outbound activities to target these businesses Initiate business conversations with organisations and develop strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners Play a significant role in developing an effective pipeline of new potential customers Market the company’s solutions to potential customers working with the marketing team Participate in sales & marketing meetings, trade shows and vendor training in order to maintain up to date knowledge of current technologies CRM management entering all lead capture data accurately and on time Work effectively with the Sales and Marketing teams To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria: Graduate looking for their first corporate role in sales Some experience of a sales environment either on the phone or face-to-face Some experience working with KPI’s and targets in a sales driven environment Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office products First class communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to deal with people at all levels The ability to learn quickly with no fear of cold-calling The ability to prioritise a demanding workload Effective time management skills with the abili....
