The Role: Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing team’s day in order. Supporting the Director’s team of 3 agents, this role will see you utilise your administration, organisational, and relationship management skills daily. As an Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include but not be limited to: Diary, e-mail & appointment management Database management & client care Liaising with vendors, purchases and solicitors Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions Handling all sales administration Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions Manage exchanges & settlements Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess the following; To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar real estate administration support role.
This is an integral role supporting a dynamic Director and his diligent, proactive, and loyal team. We are seeking someone that has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers Licence. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), Strong MS Office skills, and be a motivated self-starter.
