Operating in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, they are seeking an Operations Specialist / Executive Assistant to contribute to the provision of quality services and high-level assistance to the director. The Role: The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the company, HR, creating organisational and program budgets in collaboration with the CEO, and other high-level tasks. Your day to day duties will include the following: Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the company’s mission Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance) Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems Provide executive-level support to the Principal Recruitment and other HR functions The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail Ability to use your initiative and think on your feet Intermediate/advanced computer skills & be IT savvy Must possess strong leadership qualities Analytical Capacity Why work here?
