The Client: An exciting opportunity awaits to join a rapidly growing and market-leading specialist retail property service provider. Working at one of their premium assets in Canberra, you will head up the Administrative Team at this diverse and exciting Shopping Centre.
The Opportunity: Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be the Administration Manager at this Shopping Centre. You will have an Adminidatrive Coordinator who will report to you and whom you will be responsible for managing and mentoring. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations of the centre office runs smoothly and some of your duties in this role include: Income and expenditure administration Sales figures reporting Database / systems management Financial recording and reporting Lease administration Debtors management Workplace health and safety Management of fit-out payments Management of capped occupancy deals and turnover rent Manage your Administrative Assistant The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Administration in Centre Management.
