This organisation are well established and boasts an enviable client portfolio. The Opportunity Our client is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Team Leader to work across the accounts receivable and property administration functions in order to achieve a high level of customer service and integrity.
This role will also supervise and mentor the junior accounts receivable officer. The Responsibilities Complete/oversee rent roll including rent review process Undertake reconciliations of tenant accounts when required Prepare and present reports to CFO monthly Ensure a high level of accuracy of the lease system Assist with sales collection and data entry of reported sales Maintain and build administration teams capable of delivering KPI's Provide direction in developing and managing relationships with the retailers Promote effective communication between head office centre management and leasing teams Ideal Skills/Experience: Open to candidates with experience in retail or commercial accounts Strong, verbal, and written communication skills A flexible, can-do attitude Knowledge of the Retail Lease Act.
