Due to the continued growth of their business, a brand new opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join this exceptional team.
The Role: You will be involved in the servicing of a high-end local portfolio with plenty of support provided. This role is Monday - Friday with NO weekends Your duties are: Management of a clean and tidy portfolio Liaising with both tenants and landlord Arranging repairs and maintenance requests Rental arrears management Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Tribunal hearings when required Servicing new business leads organically and converting them to New Property portfolios Benefits: Monday to Friday only Work within a TOP performing office in the Inner West Low staff turnover and Stable Property Management Team Plenty of support from a leasing consultant, admin & accounts Management of premium property portfolio Candidate: Previous 4 years Property Management experience Strong communication skills both written and verbal Exceptional organizational and time management skills A current Certificate of Registration, own car & driver’s license A strong team player and experience in building and maintaining relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment To Apply: Please call Laura Leonardi on 0413 166 310 or 9362 8500 for more information or email your CV to lleonardigoughrecruitment.com.
