They are looking for a UI Designer 3 month contract role, paying $700-$799/day super. This role has the flexibility to working remotely or interstate. About the Role You will support the conceptualisation of design and be involved in the testing of intuitive user experiences to enable the product vision and deliver world-class user experiences in accordance with relevant design standards, guidelines and processes.
You’ll also document requirements, support accessibility and collaborate with developers. Your key accountabilities include: Creation of prototypes, user interface designs and wireframes for forward-thinking and intuitive user experiences. Creating new design patterns and templates to build upon an existing design system, while maintaining guidelines for new patterns and templates.
Measuring and analysing the user experience to optimise the performance of products and services. Establishing, building and nurturing collaborative customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met. Incorporate accessibility requirements into design specifications and guidelines.
Supporting user experience research, both qualitative and quantitative. About You A creative problem solver who is not afraid to question and push ideas Proven record of combining beautiful design aesthetics with compelling and easy to use customer experiences. Experience creating new design patterns, that have evolved a design system.
Experience working in an agile environment and a proven record of strong collaboration skills. Exposure to observing and synthesising qualitative research and data-driven quantitative research. Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion.
Experience in creating digital products.
