Their goal is to assist good people to get even better WHAT YOU WILL GROW AND MANAGE This Marketing Manager position will develop and execute the marketing plan to accelerate delivery of the strategic growth plan, working closely with the business leadership team, while driving solid focus on ROI, strengthening the brand and accelerating sales. The role will define and execute the marketing communications strategy, (including digital marketing), along with advertising, public relations and partnership marketing activities ensuring they are strongly aligned to the brand guidelines and corporate key messages. Along with the marketing team, you will oversee effective management of all conferences and events and develop and grow the company key opinion leader program.
You will provide customer insights, competitor intel, and market size analysis into the product innovation process and manage annual brand health, and product specific research projects. Working closely with sales teams to bring campaigns to life and driving alignment and consistency of brand messaging through all programs, channels, and media is key to this role. You will monitor and control implementation of the marketing plan and ensure budgets are managed and perform ROI analysis of all online, offline campaigns and events.
The position will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the marketing team, empowering your people to develop them maximising their potential for top performance. You will build strong working relationships with key distributors, industry associations, marketing agencies and media to identify relevant opportunities for driving brand awareness and lead generation. WHAT EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED Experience in a similar leadership role, in marketing, (minimum 8 years), within the healthcare industry, eg.
medical devices, pharmaceutical industries. Bachelor degree in marketing, business management or equivalent academic qualification(s). A track record of experience in creating and leading an online digital strategy is mandatory.
