Our Ecommerce Trading team delivers continued growth for our brand through website and category optimization, merchandising, product management, and third -party campaigns.
We focus on optimizing how we serve customers through products, customer journeys and new technology. Role Purpose The Ecommerce Content Executive will be responsible for managing new and existing products on the Adrenaline site. You will showcase the best that each experience has to offer through the product copy, imagery and key information as well as optimizing these products through search to enable customers to find these products easily on site.
Core Activities Handle the end-to-end enrichment of all new and existing products for Adrenaline Write the product copy to embody the brand and the experience Ensure that all product information is completed accurately with phenomenal attention to detail. Complete additional product information and content such as transactional email information Upload all product images in line with our imagery and website standards Resize imagery to fit into the technical requirements of the CMS system Complete search optimisation tasks such as product synonyms and hypernyms Liaise with the Ecommerce Trading Executive to deliver on-site category assignment Liaise with the Ecommerce Trading Manager when new subcategories or locations are required Liaise with the Supply team on any missing product information Optimise key products to support with campaigns and trading periods Manage and resolve any customer service pain points at a product level Complete daily website checks to ensure product standards are maintained Liaise with the performance team on SEO requirements and optimisations Support with optimisation products such imagery test, copy tests and brand refreshes Support with new product tracking and reporting Support with ad hoc writing and content tasks to support the wider ecommerce team Skills & Capabilities This role is open to graduates 0 - 1 years' experience with content management is advantageous Proficient in product, content writing Proficient in grammar and spelling Excellent attention to detail SEO knowledge is advantageous Ability to work autonomously and self-manage Interest in learning Ecommerce Trading Passionate about adventure Employee Benefits Competitive compensation & incentive plans, paid volunteering, monthly social events, generous discounts on all experiences, together with flexible and remote working opportunities are just some of the benefits you can enjoy at BRG At BRG, you will grow every day through the people & leaders you work with and the meaningful wo....
