Play a key role in delivering major organisational projects by ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. Overview Full-time fixed term (12 months) job opportunity available in Melbourne. Flexible working arrangement available: part-time or full-time.
The primary responsibility of this role will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that optimise client centricity and maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. This person will drive faster adoption, higher utilisation with the changes that impact employees. Key responsibilities Change Management Lead change management activities and assess the change impact across multiple projects, including change management assessments Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Support training and coaching efforts through input, requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs related to change. Create actionable change deliverables for projects and initiatives and integrate these into project planning Integrating Change Projects & Initiatives Align change management plans and schedules with PMO and Program Manager Assess interdependencies between projects, monitor risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Reporting including creating reports for executive staff and identifying areas for future improvement Participate in designing, submitting, and reviewing internal project proposals within the PMO, from a change management perspective Qualifications and experience Demonstrated experience in change management, with experience in transformation projects a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software applications Tertiary qualifications in relevant field or related discipline Change management certification or designation (desired) To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
