Newly create team in mortgage processing. Pay $62K plus Super Triage Officer Position: A national provider of home loans is building a new team and are looking for 3-4 financial services superstars to join the team. You will have great attention to detail and have excellent communication both verbally and written and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a financial service role ideally in banking.
This role will commence on 27th of September, 2021 About the role: The Triage Team is responsible for reviewing all variation applications, that require a Credit assessment, ensuring that the file has been submitted correctly, and with all required and current documentation in line with Rams lending guidelines and the mortgage insurer’s guidelines. You will: Complete pre checks (eg arrears, fixed rate) Complete a title search Conduct ABN checks and generate a credit report. Order valuations Validate application/CNR date not greater than 90 days Complete the Triage checklist and validate the application against the checklist Skills/ Experience: Minimum 1 years experience within a Financial Services role.
General understanding of mortgages and lending principles. Previous experience in a quality assurance/ analytical role preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and perform task both accurately and quickly. Ability to work under pressure Ability to effectively communicate with home loan managers, MST and internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills.
