The role is very much a customer facing position, one that requires a motivated and customer centric leader that loves providing excellent service for every guest that walks through the door. As the Assistant Store Manager you will play a hands on role in all day to day operations with a strong focus on people & performance, onboarding, crew training, team briefing, driving team KPIs and assisting with leadership development & training.
