Due to strong continued growth, a promising opportunity has arisen for Field Service Technicians to join our branches in the North and South Island working across heavy construction equipment in the Mining, Civil Construction and Forestry sectors for a top company providing sales and service of international brands, throughout NZ.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation as part of the field service team working alongside a strong team of dedicated and likeminded technicians responsible for the ongoing maintenance, repair and on the spot diagnostics, leading the charge in the ongoing growth of well-known brands within the region. Working with a brands of equipment that utilises some of the best technology available in the market, industry safety standards that are second to none and a wealth of knowledge in their teams and leaders, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your technical skills and experience, and will be rewarded with progression opportunities, international training and one of the strongest pay packages (hourly rate and OT) in the market. You will also be handed the reins to control how your days are structured and really get to create one on one relationship for service delivery with your clients.
You’ll need to have the following: Trade Certification with heavy equipment experience within the New Zealand or international markets. Civil, Mining and Forestry experience would be highly regarded. At least 3 years’ experience within a workshop environment or a desire to really prove your ability out on the road.
Desire to progress your career through working with a top company in the equipment market. Excellent computer/ visual diagnostic skills and passion for providing a quality service to both staff and clients alike. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
