Ultimately, the D365 delivery manager works to maintain good customer relationships, assist and organises the team for presales activities and improve the company's services to maintain customer satisfaction.
He or she will be responsible for coordinating and managing the project and programme of delivery by coordinating teams, resources, and activities and collaboration with other stakeholders. Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: The D365 Delivery Manager's role will include: Setting up procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process Overseeing teams across the different stages of project delivery by supervising staff Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations Ensuring that projects are cost-effective and stay within budget Acting as liaison officer between different teams to build partnerships and develop solutions Plan and coordinate delivery activities Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements. Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs. Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
