The role: Knight Frank Australia are recruiting for Team Leader with previous experience in a supervisory position to oversee the administration and data entry functions within the Accounts Payable team. This will be an opportunity to really leverage your people skills whilst ensuring the technical components of the role are delivered to exceeding industry standards.

Key responsibilities: Oversee the daily tasks of the AP processing team and ensuring that deadlines are met Proactive engagement of team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficient and timely processing of all transactions Management of the AP inbox Foster and drive a culture of customer service, quality and accuracy Drive implementation of KFA systems, processes and business rules Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Review the database for data integrity, addressing any anomalies and inconsistencies Ensure achievement of contractual client SLA's Liaise with auditors, banking groups and external parties to maintain relationships Provide support, guidance and advice to clients and the A&BS teams Who we are looking for? Experience in an Accounts Payable role and managing a small team (Essential) Experience working in a high-volume data entry role (Essential) Experience in ERP systems and automation preferable as well. (Highly desirable) Management Reporting International (MRI) experience. (Desirable) Experience in the property industry (Highly Desirable) Customer service focused Strong attention to detail and quality Excellent organisational / time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills What's in it for you?
