The role will be focused on leading our growth in ANZPAC region, assisting with achieving their new business target as well renewal revenue from existing accounts. This role reports into MD – APAC. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Managing an independent portfolio of accounts and a t Account Managers to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business across Aviation and travel sector.
Develop the competencies and effectiveness of the sales team members, always leading by example. Coach, mentor and embed Cirium’s Value based Selling principles across the team Provide accurate forecasting to Sales Leadership team & ensure all activity across the team is recorded in Salesforce Manage relationship with the key policy agencies and support promotion of data transformation in the aviation eco-system. As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expeditions Build long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximise existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base Key Skills / Experience Required: Strong track record of devising sales strategies in an aviation/travel domain.
Technically adept in understanding data & SaaS solutions.
