Senior Manager, Professional Practices
See yourself in our team The Innovation & Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring that GA&A deliver high quality assurance services to our varied internal and external stakeholders. This includes developing and maintaining the Audit methodology, driving innovative audit practices and running training programs to build future fit auditors across GA&A globally. The team adds value to the Group by: driving best-in-class audit practices by driving adoption of innovative audit techniques and maintaining a high quality, straightforward audit methodology contributing to enhancement and maintenance of the audit methodology developing and delivering on an effective QA program to assure the quality of work performed across GA&A globally Do work that matters Drive the delivery of best-in-class audit practices, tools and processes to assist the GA&A function in executing their role as the Bank's Third Line of Accountability Proactively monitor current and emerging risks and trends across the auditing industry to develop the function to be leading by global standards Apply strategic thinking and thought leadership to ensure that this role meets the Board Audit Committee's requirements for an effective Line 3 function Build key relationships with the executive and leadership team, including subsidiary audit teams, to ensure audit methodology is effectively adopted and adhered to Solve problems by applying innovative thinking and actively lead and participate in processes to capture and act on innovation ideas, which improve the way we work and develop leading practices Create and develop independent and objective relationships within GA&A, the bank and externally to enable effective knowledge sharing and collaboration We're interested in hearing from people who possess Extensive knowledge of, and experience in, internal audit and risk management, preferably working for a global financial services company Demonstrated innovative mindset Experience in drafting, rolling out and embedding internal audit methodology including training, templates, best practice examples Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relevant internationally recognised auditing or professional accounting qualifications Flexibility to assist with our Professional Practices responsibilities including Quality Assurance If this is your next challenge, APPLY NOW Whether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
